Students will prepare to formulate short essays and use different organizational patterns such as chronological order, cause/effect, and compare/contrast. Students will learn about appropriate tone, volume and pitch that will be used in a classroom setting. Our learners are learning to become more responsible and independent when it comes to their assignments by using a variety of pre-writing strategies, such as brainstorming, free-writing, and note taking.
